Immunocytochemistry analysis of Doublecortin in rat cortical neuron-glial cells showing strong cytoplasmic labeling of a small population of developing neurons and their processes with Doublecortin monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-33102) using a dilution of 1:1,000 (red). Anti-MAP2 using a dilution of 1:10,000 (green) labels dendrites and perikarya or mature neurons, and additional nuclear staining was done with DAPI (blue). Anti-Doublecortin is an excellent marker of early developing neuronal cells.
